VIP Entertainment Inc. is always looking for professional, enthusiastic, and reliable dancers to join our team in the Foxwoods, Connecticut area. We specialize in bachelor parties, private group events, and celebrations at casino hotel suites and vacation rentals throughout southeastern Connecticut and Rhode Island. If you are interested in performing at private events with a legitimate, long-established agency, we want to hear from you.

We have been operating since 1992 and our reputation is built on professionalism, safety, and treating our performers with respect. Several of our dancers have worked with VIP Entertainment for eight to ten years. No Experience Required. We Train

New to private event dancing? That is not a problem. We provide guidance and training to help new dancers build confidence and perform professionally at group parties. The private event format is different from club work, shows are for specific groups in a private setting, which gives you more control over your environment and your performance. We walk you through everything before your first booking so you feel prepared and comfortable.

Experienced dancers who are looking for a change from club environments often find private event work more comfortable, more consistent, and more lucrative. The groups we book are bachelor parties, birthday celebrations, and private group events, not random walk-ins. That predictability makes a real difference in how the work feels.

Safe, Structured Events Only

All events booked through VIP Entertainment are legitimate group parties. We do not book one-on-one sessions. Professional drivers accompany every event, they handle transportation, act as security, and ensure a safe environment for our dancers throughout the evening. You are never alone at an event and you always have a way out if something feels wrong. That structure has been in place since 1992 because it is the right way to run this kind of operation.

Before every booking, we screen the client and the location. We confirm the event details, the group size, and the setting before any dancer is dispatched. Our goal is to send our performers into environments that are safe, professional, and worth their time.

You Keep 100% of Your Performance Fees

VIP Entertainment does not take a percentage of your performance earnings. You keep 100% of what you make at the event, tips included. We handle all bookings, client screening, logistics, scheduling, and communication. Our revenue comes from the booking fee, not from taking a cut of your earnings. That model means our interests and your interests are aligned, the better the show, the better our reputation, and the more bookings we both get.

We are looking for dancers who are professional, punctual, and take the work seriously. The entertainers who do best with VIP Entertainment are reliable,they show up on time, they communicate clearly if something changes, and they bring energy and professionalism to every booking. Physical appearance matters but it is not the only factor. Attitude, reliability, and the ability to read a room matter just as much.
